Day 1: Thursday - Arrive in Budapest
Upon arrival in Budapest, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. There will be time to relax before meeting your fellow travelers and the Tour Director for a Welcome Dinner. (D)
Day 2: Friday - Budapest
Your sightseeing tour includes views of the Parliament, Royal Palace, Castle Hill area, Fisherman’s Bastion, Matthias Church, Heroes' Square, and Gellért Hill with its Citadel. The afternoon is free to explore the "Paris of the East" - shop along Váci Utca, sample apple strudel, sip Hungarian wine, or join an optional excursion. (B)
Day 3: Saturday - Budapest to Krakow
Travel through the scenic hills and countryside of Slovakia, past the Tatra Mountains, and into the plains of Poland en route to Kraków. (B)
Day 4: Sunday - in Krakow
This morning’s sightseeing tour includes Wawel Hill, a viewing of the Royal Castle, and a visit to the Royal Cathedral. Enjoy a walking tour of the Old Town, featuring the Main Market Square,
Renaissance Cloth Hall, and a visit to St. Mary’s Church. The afternoon is free to relax or explore further. ((B)
Day 5: Monday - to Warsaw
Join us for a guided tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the infamous World War II concentration camp and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arrive in Warsaw later in the afternoon. Dinner and

Day 6: Tuesday - in Warsaw
Discover Warsaw, a 700 year old city that symbolizes Polish resilience. Drive along the historic Royal Route, passing Castle Square, Łazienki Park and Palace, the Palace of Science and
Culture (“the wedding cake”), Saxon Gardens, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the Monument to the Heroes of the Warsaw Ghetto, and Barbican. Continue with a walking tour of the Old
Town, Market Square, and St. John’s Cathedral. The afternoon is at leisure. (B)
Optional: Attend a late afternoon Chopin concert.
Day 7: Wednesday - Depart Warsaw
Check out from your hotel. Departure transfer to Warsaw airport. (B)
