Ocho Rios is a town in the parish of Saint Ann on the north coast of Jamaica. Ocho Rios is a major port of call for cruise ships. It's quieter than Montego Bay, though not as relaxed as Negril, and most of the tourist attractions lie in the surrounding countryside.
